CONFIDENTIALITY AND NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT
Effective Date:
This Non-Disclosure Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Ready 2 Dink ("Company") and the undersigned beta tester ("Recipient").
1. CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION
Recipient acknowledges that during beta testing, they will have access to confidential and proprietary information including but not limited to:
- Software features, functionality, and user interface designs
- Business strategies, marketing plans, and development roadmaps
- User data, analytics, and platform performance metrics
- Technical architecture, algorithms, and system specifications
- Any other non-public information related to Ready 2 Dink
2. NON-DISCLOSURE OBLIGATIONS
Recipient agrees to:
- Not disclose any confidential information to third parties
- Not use confidential information for any purpose other than authorized testing
- Protect confidential information with the same level of care used for their own confidential information
- Not reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code or algorithms
3. BETA TESTING RESPONSIBILITIES
As a beta tester, Recipient agrees to:
- Provide constructive feedback and report bugs through designated channels
- Use the platform for legitimate testing purposes only
- Not create fake accounts or manipulate the system
- Respect other beta testers and maintain a professional testing environment
4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
All intellectual property rights in the Ready 2 Dink platform remain with the Company. Recipient acknowledges they have no ownership rights in the platform or its content.
5. TERM AND TERMINATION
This Agreement remains in effect until:
- The beta testing period concludes
- Recipient's access is terminated by the Company
- Ready 2 Dink launches publicly
Confidentiality obligations survive termination for 3 years.
6. LEGAL COMPLIANCE
This Agreement is governed by applicable laws. Any violations may result in legal action and immediate termination of beta access.
